- Dog-sledding
- Stories from and about fellow explorers such as Borge Ousland, Will Steger, Ben Saunders and Marcus Fillinger

The focus of this program will include the following major topics:
- Getting there: North Pole vs South Pole
- Physical comparisons between of each of the poles
- Life and conditions at Borneo Ice Station on the Arctic ice
- Life and conditions at Patriot Hills on Antarctica
- Life, conditions and scientific research at South Pole Station
- Conditions and ice phenomena of the Arctic
- Investigation of the concept of time zones

Polar Bear

Title Hunt Like the Polar Bear!

The focus of this program will include the following major topics:
- Polar bear facts and husbandry
- Other polar wildlife such as the penguin, walrus, seal,
narwhal and beluga
- Migration routes
- Effects of climate change on polar wildlife

Variations: LIVE LIKE THE SAAMI! or

The focus of this program will include the following major topics:
- Description of nomadic lifestyles and territories
- Cultural beliefs and traditions
